Speakeasy Marketing LLC repeatedly contacted my small business, so I eventually decided to give them a chance. That turned out to be a mistake. After charging my card, communication became nearly nonexistent, and I did not receive the services that were promised.
When I finally got someone on the phone and explained my concerns about the lack of service and requested a refund, instead of addressing the issues, they continued trying to sell me additional “services.” I was also told a refund had been initiated, but I never received it and had to dispute the charge through my bank.
After the dispute, I noticed unauthorized activity on my card from Pakistan which is where they have the people who supposedly do the marketing at, making me believe they also kept my card info and are attempting fraud, after the dispute . I would not recommend this company to other small business owners. Be sure to keep records of all communications and monitor your accounts closely if you choose to do business with them. I am working with LAPD to get this horrible scheme stopped for good.
